It is No wonder Guy is an award winner! From pre-listing to post-sale Guy is with you all the way with always a smile and a confidence to steer you through the selling process. He and his team work so hard and are so professional as well as caring, above all, listen to your needs. He is a force in real estate.
We had an amazing experience with Guy, Josie and Maddie! Guy was professional, genuine and down to earth which made the buying process easy and enjoyable. Probably our favourite real estate to deal with on the Gold Coast, we felt Guy was trustworthy and didn't put us off! Look forward to working with Guy and the team in the future! Glad we happened to stumble by chance on a property not in an area we were looking at, to be able to then get this opportunity with Guy. Very happy all round.
Amazing work by Guy and his team, kept us up to date during the whole selling process and fought hard for the best results possible. Very thorough, down to earth and kind to deal with. Huge thank you to Guy and the team.
Guy communicated well. The sale process was stress free. I would not hesitate in recommending Guy.
The perfect real estate agent for us! Genuine, friendly, easy going. Second time selling with Guy, Maddie, and Josie.
Excellent people skills and just a good all round nice/honest bloke. Look forward to using him again in the future. Himself and Josie are an excellent team!
Guy was extremely responsive and very helpful in navigating our way thru our first home purchase.
Guy is a fantastic agent. Him and his team were very transparent and provided constant updates during the sale of our property. He also got well above our asking price. I'd definitely use him again and will be recommending him to friends and family.
Guy was extremely professional as our real estate agent. He showed genuine interest and excitement in our purchase and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.
Guy and his team have an incredible knowledge of the local market, are easy to work with and are good, honest communicators. I was really happy to sell my property with them and if I had another property on the Gold Coast, I would definitely use Guy and the team again.
