Guy's work as an agent was very professional and supportive. He understood our needs as a buyer and helped us secure our dream house within our budget. The follow up after the sale/auction was great too, making sure we have everything we need to proceed.
Guy was responsive when we submitted offers on properties and he communicated well.
Guy is extraordinary! He showed the utmost professionalism and a great repor with both potential buyers & ourselves. We highly appreciated his guidance throughout the whole process particularly at the auction where Guy showed the presence of mind, maturity & calm that ultimately got us a fantastic result! We couldn’t be happier with Guy & his team Josie & Maddie in performance, positive attitude, friendliness and transparency. Keep up the great work. High recommend!!
We are so glad we met Guy, great to deal with, no hard sell, great knowledge especially around the Miami area. We will be using Guy again and would not hesitate to recommend him to any purchaser or seller. Cheers
Guy has now sold 2 properties for us. He is always personable, open, honest and professional whilst advocating for a balanced outcome that satisfies both the seller and buyer. We really appreciate your efforts Guy.

Once I'd decided I wanted to sell my Unit, I was initially concerned as it's such a huge process on your own. However Guy was brilliant. He's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows Real Estate well and works hard to get the result you're after. I would use Guy and Harcourts again in a heartbeat. Guy and his team are easy to work with. They are respectful and listened to what was important to me throughout the whole process. A big thank you to Guy and the team. Great job done!
Right from the beginning we knew Guy was the right person for us. Smooth transaction. Would highly recommend!
Guy's knowledge of the market was sound and his advice was extremely valued. He understood my circumstances during the marketing and contract phases of the property sale and acted on my behalf to arrange for the cleaning of the property being sold and ensured all matters were attended to, including the installation of smoke detectors to meet mandatory regulations.
We’ve sold two properties through Guy and we honestly couldn’t of asked for a better agent. He’s achieved above asking price in a short time frame for both sales and made the process effortless from start to finish. He and his team communicate very well and were great with updates and clear directions for us. I will definitely use Guy when it comes to selling another property and always recommend him to anyone who’s looking to sell, he’s amazing at what he does. Thank you so much Guy & Team!
