We met Guy at an open home and after chatting to him to say that property wasn't what we were looking for, he mentioned another property nearby. Turns out that property was exactly what we were looking for. This property was expression of interest which was a scary process for us but guy guided us through and we are now the owners of our forever home. Guys communication was great and his down to earth style was so refreshing.

I talked to a couple of agents before I selected Guy to sell my property. He was proactive from the initial discussions right through the whole process. Guy is an excellent communicator with a very positive attitude, and is also very upfront and honest. After every open house, enquiry or inspection he contacted me with details and provided updates through an app. When an offer was received Guy negotiated a better price. I am extremely happy with how Guy handled the sale of my property.
