Guy had excellent knowledge on our property and surrounding areas, he and his team made the whole sale somewhat enjoyable whilst still being professional. I liked Guy's communication and very calm approach throughout, I would highly recommend Guy Powell & his team at Harcourts Coastal Broadbeach.
I couldn't fault Guy and his team. Guy has such great knowledge of the Miami area. We have bought and sold with Guy and his team on several occasions and every-time it has been such a great experience. We wouldn't sell with any other agent.
Buyer of a apartment in Miami, Qld Guy was very helpful with our property purchase. You could rely on him to return your calls promptly & as he is a local, we found Guy had a sound knowledge of the local market. I would recommend Guy if you were looking to sell your property.
From the initial meeting through to settlement Guy and his team were faultless. Really happy with every aspect especially the price they achieved, communication & providing any advice we needed. The team were genuine, professional and friendly - cheers guys :)

Very professional and Joy to work with with great results!
So happy with everything Guy and the team did to help us sell our property!! Friendliest team on the GC hands down :)
Guy Powell provided us with outstanding customer service. Having shown us three residential properties, Guy then located an “Off Market” property that met all our criteria. Guy’s staff Josie and Maddie also contributed to securing the purchase. Guy and his Team are great ambassadors for the Harcourt Coastal brand.
Having Guy act as my agent was pretty painless as far as real estate agents go. Guy's team all communicated really well via calls, texts and also provided me with a transparent history of all contact with potential buyers via his online portal. I liked Guy's patience, respectfully dealing with our busy household and found him to be a very down to earth knowledgeable agent. I was also happy that Guy did not push me to accept any low buyer offers, just to make a quick sale. Thanks Guy and team!
Guy and his team were professional and knew the Mermaid Waters area well. He regularly communicated with me which made me feel very informed and able to make the right decisions when offers were presented. It was a pleasure working with Guy and I would definitely consider him for my next sale.
