Your warm, professional and genuine approach was particularly appreciated. Right from our very first communication you went above and beyond. Nothing was to much of a problem. Being from interstate made it difficult to arrange times for tradesmen and the building and pest inspection, but you made time to schedule access and to meet them onsite and always contacted me to advise that they had finished.
