While properties ease of sale is dependent on price range, style and location, owners should take care on the best strategy for the best results. I met Hamish when I was checking out the Open Houses around New Farm, not really looking to buy or sell. The boys, as I christened them, Hamish & Tom, soon followed me up after a open house & we had our apartment valued, still just kicking tyres. 5 months later I contacted them & said lets do this, put your money where your mouth is & sell our property, you've got 30 days.
