Hamish (and Tom Lynne) did a great job selling our investment property in what seemed like record time. He was very professional in keeping us very informed about prospective buyers and made some suggestions about marketing that were very practical. We got the price we were looking for. All in all, a really good experience. We would definitely use Hamish again for our next property sale.
