The presentation of 4 Howley Court, Howrah, and its sale was not straight forward, nor usual. The house had still to be cleared and cleaned when it went on the market. The owner had major dementure . The Power of Attorney was with the son, who resided in America. The local representative (me) had no powers nor experience in house selling at all. When ever I rang Hamish with a question, he always knew the answer or if not in, rang me back as soon aa he could.
