We purchased and sold a block of land at Bardon through Hannah Dodds. Hannah was very professional and committed to all parties involved. The seller was located overseas and Hannah worked after hours to ensure negotiations were completed as quickly as possible. The negotiation and contract signing took 3 days with Hannah organising the final contract on Saturday night, hand delivering the contract to us at a restaurant for our signatures. In addition to making the sales process as smooth and as quick as possible, Hannah then facilitated exchanges of contact details with us and the three neighbours, whom she had proactively engaged before the sale. This has helped with establishing relationships with the neighbours which will be essential when we start our build. Finally post sales process, we did not expect to hear from Hannah, however she has stayed in touch checking in every now and then to see how the new house build is going and providing referrals of builders and service providers she has come across through her work and clients. She is not pushy or annoying, I would have to say this experience has demonstrated that Hannah goes out of her way to provide over and above service. She genuinely cares about her clients as well as her buyers which is why many become her future clients. I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone wanting to sell their home with someone who will go above and beyond to ensure the sales goes through smoothly and quickly with all the support you need.
