I had the pleasure of dealing with Hanns as a purchaser early this year. From the very first inspection up to my most recent interaction with him about my enquiry regarding the display furniture, he has been just a consummate professional. I had been looking for about 10 months already and while some of the previous properties I looked at - from houses to units, off the plan to existing - didn't quite hit the mark on way or another, it often also had to do with the agent selling the property. Hanns was always very accommodating with all my questions, my requests to inspect again, etc. He was never pushy, he was very knowledgeable about the entire the process, and he was always prompt in his responses and follow ups. In the end, part of the reason I finally bought the property was due to the ease of dealing with Hanns. Things have gone final now but Hanns is still very attentive and accommodating which is nice because most agents disappear when the sale has been made. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
