Great͏ service from Stephen and Hao for the sale of my property in Macquarie Park Hao has helped me sell my property in Macquarie Park, under the current high interest rates and economic situation, we were still able to achieve near the expected price range we had in mind. Stephen has demonstrated good negotiating skills with the buyer to achieve a higher price for me. Thanks to the buyer too for being very proactive and quick in providing counter-offers.
