I did a few research when I decided to put the property to the market, and Kristina had a great record in 2020 so I contacted her for a chat and arranged a quick inspection. Was a bit surprise to see all three of them waiting for you in front of property and you can definitely feel the passion and professionalism from the team. The whole sale process is smooth and no drama. I got notification on every step including tenant communication / cleaning /photographing, and every question was answered promptly. Property was well presented and sold after first open inspection, which is a bit beyond my expectations but not surprised as a result of good timing plus good marketing. Thumbs up again to the team.

After a less than pleasant experience with a previous real estate agent, where no offered were received within three months, Haris was able to get the price I wanted after one week and just one open house. Haris worked all through the Christmas/New Year shutdown period to ensure my property was ready to go on the market in the first weeks of January.
