Haris was really terrific to deal with and we received an unexpectedly high price for the property while choosing a relatively modest marketing approach. They were also excellent at organising, at a very reasonable rate, all of the painting and repairs that needed to be done in advance of the sale as this was an investment property and we were not able to be there to do that work.
