Harley was incredibly professional and attentive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and would quickly attend to any issues. The marketing materials were high quality and quickly put together, including a very slick video walk-through of the property. He held multiple inspections per week and made himself available for private inspections as our property was vacant. After each inspection he would provide a detailed summary of the people who had attended and worked efficiently to relay any questions from prospective buyers. Working as a team with Olivia, they provided friendly faces for the buyers to interact with during the campaign. In the lead up to auction day Harley spent a significant amount of time on the phone with us, providing a comprehensive overview of their expectations for who would attend the auction and who might bid, as well as expectations based on the overall market and other similar properties available in the local area. He also made sure that we understood how the auction day would run and what we needed to do at all the various stages of the day. On auction day the team at Buxton were exceptional. In the morning they sent a scout to a different auction in the neighbourhood so we had the outcome of that result ready before ours and could use the information to inform setting our reserve. Extra people from Buxton came so that we had agents in the crowd interacting with all the bidders and the auction itself was run flawlessly. At the end of the day we got an excellent price for our property and I couldn't be happier with the result.
