Harley managed to efficiently sell our property (a 2b-2b-2c apartment in Prahran) within ~4 weeks. Starting from our introductory meeting, Harley came prepared with a thorough analysis of comparable sales and did a great job of managing our expectations. He recommended to shoot a video for our property, which I sincerely believe attracted prospective buyers to the inspections. After every inspection, he provided us a detailed overview of the number of groups attended, prospective buyers, level of interest etc. I found him to be thorough in his follow-ups with prospective buyers and he was a straight shooter (i.e. notifying us of potential issues/ roadblocks in selling the property) which is exactly what we were looking for in an agent.
