It was absolute hassle free to work with Harpreet. The process was assuring, simple and transparent. I was looking for nominee sale at perhaps the last moment it was great to be able to find Bal real-estate and work with them. They were upfront about the expectations and constantly communicating with me and listening to my options. The sale was in record time and very quick in few days time. I highly recommend Harpreet and Bal real-estate.
5 Stars wont be enough to rate the excellent service which was given to us by Harpreet Mangat to sell our property. He has been very responsive and prompt while he acted on our behalf to sell our Property on RECORD PRICE. He always answered my queries at first call. Harpreet showed remarkable skill in the overall sale process and in his ability to negotiate and communicate with potential buyers. He displayed empathy to both parties (vendor and potential buyers) and emulated great positivity, even in the most stressful situations! He certainly went over and beyond when it came to crunch time, working very hard to get the purchasers of our home, to an acceptable sale price. We would strongly recommend Harpreet Mangat as a very professional, skilled and hard working agent.
I have an outstanding experience with BAL, and Mr Harpreet Mangat is highly recommended.
