Excellent services and well done! highly recommended, Thank you

Harpreet had excellent knowledge of the local market and demand, was an excellent communicator and negotiator, and was punctual and reliable. From the moment we met Harpreet, he was very professional, answered all our questions to our satisfaction, provided us a good estimate of our property's worth, and was confident in obtaining us a great sale price – which he did! Harpreet kept us informed about how many potential buyers had been through the open house and came back to us with an offer within a week – which was above our expectations. He provided a very smooth, no fuss sale with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Harpreet as an agent and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Harpreet and his team were communicative, knowledgeable and hard working. I was very pleased with their diligence.

Harpreet is very professional and always kept the communication open. He regularly updated me with the proceedings and the best part is he got us the offer (What we were asking) within 2 weeks from the date of advertisement. We are very pleased with the service offered by Harpreet and Bal Real Estate. We have engaged the agency to look after our investment property which they are doing with no complaints. We would highly recommend Bal Real Estate to anyone who is looking for the right price for their property without waiting for too long. Also, highly recommend them for property management.
