We have been having a run around for the 1st property we had to sell by 2 other agents.They all come with promise and make excuses.When Harpreet rang us out of blue as we never knew him before I said no to him and that you all say you can sell. But he came so convincing and wanted to just have one meeting with us.We said ok and booked it. He was very promising and so we got signed up.He was very friendly , and understanding and knew where we were coming from and realized the advert was still there from the previous agent who we never asked to advertise and that too was lower than what we wanted.So it was great of him to check this all out before he saw us.Great effort and we were not disturbed much by him either.He never gave us false hope and did not bring in any offers which were too low.He was very easy to deal with and helpful at all stages.We will definitely use him again , pretty soon I hope and will recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying around there.He has certainly sold our house at the price we were happy with and we were glad it is sold.
