Harris achieved in a tough market above asking price at auction., even though I didn't even attend the auction ! Harris was always available to talk my calls after-hours etc. I even noted he was very hands on in dealing with capturing potential buyers through differing avenues. I cannot recommend him enough to any future buyers , he has the ability to ensure you the whole process will be transparent honest and stress free.In a difficult market he achieved the best result and always followed through with any potential buyers. I will be utilising his expertise to purchase other properties in the future and secure my next dream home.
