Harry was fabulous to deal with as an agent. We first met Harry at a house inspection for one we were interested in. He was extremely accomodating as an agent, organising house inspections even on a Sunday and he was really responsive to calls, messages and following up, even at a time when I felt like it was a sellers market. He did not give much away when we were interested in putting in an offer for a property and held firm on asking price. When we engaged him as an agent he was great at helping us get our house ready for sale. He had spent months prior communicating to us quickly various houses coming to the market as he knew we were looking, and also helped us negotiate the purchase of our new house. The day before our inspection he even offered to water gurney a bit that was missed himself on a Sunday. He was timely with the inspections and I know he leaf blowed the walkway prior to inspections to showcase the best it could be. I first met Harry at an open home he was hosting. He presented really well, had lots of energy and a great insight into the community. Prior to coming to the market, I knew there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Through Harrys support and his various team, he was able to provide insight around what we needed to get done and I felt very confident with the way that the house was presented. I was in the process of completing a full-on refurbishment when they made contact with me. My first impressions of Harry Conias and his team was very good, and they proved to be prompt on action, always arrived to a meeting right on time. They gave us some good advice about what level to set the base price at. Harry brought a number of prospective buyers through the property, and we received a good offer on the second day and Harry he had a talk to the prospective purchaser who then gave his best offer which was acceptable to us. Harry shepherded us through all the legal issues which made things very easy to deal with and the sale went through exactly on time. I would not hesitate to use this team again.

He took the time to go through the form6 and made sure that I understood what I was signing.
