We recently purchased our home in Chapel Hill after returning from many years overseas. We were unfamiliar with the market and the purchasing process. Harry was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and he patiently answered our questions. He always responded quickly when we contacted him. He made the whole process as painless as possible. We would recommend buying/selling through him in the future.
I initially decided to go with Harry from Author Conias after going through an inspection on another property for sale. I was impressed by his knowledgeable on both the house and the area, he was also enthusiastic and genuine. Once the process was started I was kept in the loop at every stage. He was happy to hear my thoughts and implemented them into his plan to sell. The house sold quickly and for more than I was wanting. Overall a great real estate agent and wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending him to Friends and Family.
Harry was fantastic throughout every aspect of the sale. I met Harry through a property he was selling - he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, so when it was time to sell, I knew Harry was the best agent to engage. He made everything seamless and we got a fantastic result through the selling strategy he used. I would highly recommend Harry for any seller, especially in the Chapel Hill area.
Harry Conias: Professional, knowledgable, insightful, relaxed and very approachable. Harry lead us smoothly through getting our property ready, pushed us when needed, and guided us to a quick and clean sale. His estimated value three months previously was spot-on, the inspections were painless, the buyers offers clearly presented and the outcome was what we wanted. We really did not think it would be so “painless”. The Arthur Conias Team style with focussed attention, dedicated interaction with potential buyers and appropriate exposure to the market was very well suited to our home.
Harry provided excellent service. Harry took time to listen to me and provided timely responses. Harry is friendly and a perfect listener
We couldn't be happier with the result achieved by Harry and the team. He was confident from the start that he would deliver. He kept us informed every step of the way, making the process so easy for us.
Harry was professional to deal with and really responsive to any of my requests. The sale of my house went smoothly and I always felt supported. Thanks Harry for all the additional help.
Harry and the entire Conias team had been very supportive throughout our buying journey. Harry was spot on with the documents and constantly in touch with the sellers and ourselves to make sure no deadlines are missed. It had been an absolute pleasure to buy a property via an agent who is not only representing the sellers but also helping you as a buyer. Greatly appreciate your services.
Harry and his team were very professional, responsive and caring in their communication and sales process. They were a pleasure to work with during quite a stressful time. We are happy with our beautiful new home.
Harry has been in contact with the Seller for over 18 months before the selling process started. During this time a good sharing of property market update in general and for the suburb (Toowong area) that the agent is having a commanding knowledge thereof. I found Harry has been patient and able to give good assessment of the property valuation by comparing what have been bought and sold though all properties will have their uniqueness and difference comparatively. Overall the selling process has been a bit longer than expected, yet the final achieved price met the Seller's expected range. The experience has been a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to recommend the selling agent and specifically Harry should you want to offer to sell your property, particularly if it is in the same area that Conias Real Estate has an edge over other agents.
Purchased property while residing in South Australia. Harry was professional and prompt with all inquiries that we made while reviewing the property. His knowledge and experience showed when mediating for both the seller & us, the purchaser. I was able to have a third party review the property on our behalf without hesitation. Finally, when keys where handed over, Harry personally walked me through the property willing to answer any questions that I had and also assisted after the fact when I had inquiries. The transition was seamless.
Our experience with Harry has been a very pleasant one from day one, from the valuation to open house to sale. Harry has been very involved, providing great advice and taking initiatives for the smallest detail. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a young, energetic, switched on, contactable and involved agent.
