Harry has been in contact with the Seller for over 18 months before the selling process started. During this time a good sharing of property market update in general and for the suburb (Toowong area) that the agent is having a commanding knowledge thereof. I found Harry has been patient and able to give good assessment of the property valuation by comparing what have been bought and sold though all properties will have their uniqueness and difference comparatively.
