Whilst most agents on the Northern Beaches are suit wearing drones that have zero real interest in you, or doing their job, Harry (and the team from Upstate in general) is a class above. With Harry you know that when he is showing you around a property he's telling the truth, he points out things that you may miss, proactively tells you about any negative aspects of the property and will put his hand up and say he will come back to you if he doesn't know the answer rather than just trying to bluff you.
