My wife and I spent Five months looking at properties around the Northern Beaches and encountered a rather large amount of agents during this time. Whilst most agents on the Northern Beaches are suit wearing drones that have zero real interest in you, or doing their job, Harry (and the team from Upstate in general) is a class above. From the moment he showed us around our first property he took time to get to know us and to really understand what we were looking for. With Harry you know that when he is showing you around a property he's telling the truth, he points out things that you may miss, proactively tells you about any negative aspects of the property and will put his hand up and say he will come back to you if he doesn't know the answer rather than just trying to bluff you. On top of this he's a great lad, good to have a laugh with and puts you at ease throughout the whole process. Top agent, would highly recommend.
