We both bought our new property and sold our existing one through harry. During the buying process, where we met him, he was always attentive and didn't come across as too pushy/salesy. On the sell side, he sold our apartment. We met with three or four agents in preparation to sell our unit and Harry across as the most aggressive when it came to selling our unit. You can never know if another agent will get you a better price, harry made us feel like he would chase what we wanted that little bit harder. We ended up selling our unit for a good price. We probably also slightly overpaid on the townhouse! Lol

Harry and the team at North did an outstanding job of helping us through one of the most stressful points in life. They sold our property after two inspections for a fantastic price, which on its own would be a great outcome. Most agents would have stopped there, but they did an amazing job of guiding us through process of buying a new property on the beaches. They came and supported us at auction, helping us bid and negotiate to secure our new family home! During our search for a unit we met Harry Pownall at an open home and whilst that particular unit wasn't suitable for us he was very receptive to our needs and told us he would keep us informed if anything came up that was appropriate. True to his word Harry kept in touch with us regularly to update us on units on the market or coming to the market that matched our requirements and we were able to find the unit we purchased in Howard Ave, Dee Why. After the purchase Harry helped us greatly by keeping in contact with the tenants to help us arrange a quick check of some measurements that we needed to do. He also helped the tenants in their difficult search for another place to rent which then ensured vacant possession on settlement. Given the rental climate at the moment this was a great outcome for both us and the tenants.
