After the purchase Harry helped us greatly by keeping in contact with the tenants to help us arrange a quick check of some measurements that we needed to do. He also helped the tenants in their difficult search for another place to rent which then ensured vacant possession on settlement. Given the rental climate at the moment this was a great outcome for both us and the tenants.
