Smooth operator on the buy and sell side

We both bought our new property and sold our existing one through harry. During the buying process, where we met him, he was always attentive and didn't come across as too pushy/salesy. On the sell side, he sold our apartment. We met with three or four agents in preparation to sell our unit and Harry across as the most aggressive when it came to selling our unit. You can never know if another agent will get you a better price, harry made us feel like he would chase what we wanted that little bit harder. We ended up selling our unit for a good price. We probably also slightly overpaid on the townhouse! Lol
