We came across about half a dozen of real-estate agents before we signed the exclusive listing contract. Through this approach now we know some of them were pessimistic (we would lose from $25,000 to $65,000 if we had signed the contract with one of them). Their good and friendly attitudes along with their unconventional approach to sell our property are effective. They were energetic. They were flexible at works. The listing and advertising were modern and impressive. The end result was remarkable. Our property had the buyer at the second open-house session (2nd week) at the price that we would say realistic and that made us happy.
