We came across about half a dozen of real-estate agents before we signed the exclusive listing contract. Through this approach now we know some of them were pessimistic (we would lose from $25,000 to $65,000 if we had signed the contract with one of them). The listing and advertising were modern and impressive. Beautiful, attracting photos of the property on social media, precise and articulate introduction of Harry of the property coupled with beautiful and glamorous on site advertising sign… all were able to highlight advantages and values of our property. The end result was remarkable. Our property had the buyer at the second open-house session (2nd week) at the price that we would say realistic and that made us happy.
