Purchasing your first home can be quite a stressful period though we felt at ease with Hayden and Olivia from McGrath. The property was listed on Domain.com.au with lots of pictures, a floor plan and a short video which sets McGrath out from the pack. From the minute we step foot in our soon-to-purchase property the door greeter welcomed us with a brochure, he remembered us each time we visited which is rare these days (and we have been to many open inspections). We felt comfortable with Hayden and Olivia who were very genuine and knowledgeable, spending time with us during the inspection and a lot more time via phone and email correspondence to answer our questions leading up to auction day. Leading up to settlement day, Hayden and Olivia was always on hand to liaise with the seller and our conveyancer at all hours.
