Hayden is a very likeable agent, easy to talk to and not stand-offish like some agents. I found him open and easy to deal with and someone you can have a laugh with which lightens the mood when you're dealing with the tense situation of selling your house. He has that ability to talk to you and not through you, which I like. His feedback was good however I would have preferred a little more in depth feedback from him where offers were concerned.

When we decided to take our property at Lugarno to market, we decided on McGrath because of its market profile, strong marketing and the average prices McGrath achieved for its properties seemed higher than its competitors. Our reservations were that: 1. McGrath might be targeting more expensive properties. 2. We did not know anyone who’d personally had dealings with McGrath. Our reservations vanished once we had met you. You inspected the property later that day and were so focused and positive. Two days later the contract was ready from our solicitors and you had two inspections that afternoon and evening. Your open houses were well attended and having one of them mid week of an evening showed off the property to its best advantage. Right up to the auction we worried about the chances of a good result because we had poor experiences previously: but you reassured us. There had been a number of people who had multiple inspections, nineteen contracts were issued and, on the day, there were ten registered bidders. We agreed beforehand that even if the property didn’t sell that day and didn’t ultimately get a price we might have hoped for, we could not fault the discipline and energy that you put to the task. We are absolutely certain that no-one else could have conducted a campaign as well as you and your team. The outcome at the auction exceeded our expectations and our hopes. What a fantastic job.
