Hayden was very professional to deal with and at the same time demonstrated good honest down to earth traits that you don't always get with Agents, which to us is worth just as much as the purchase of the property. I recently purchased a small unit through Hayden Farrelly Wiley in the Umina Beach area. I found Hayden very helpful and available to answer any questions and to liase between myself and the Vendor. Hayden even made himself available on a Sunday to speak with me which I appreciated very much. Even though he is a Tuggerah Agent, he also assisted me on settlement day by bringing the keys to my new unit down to Umina as I wasn't able to pick them up from Tuggerah in this instance. In this way I found Hayden very accomodating. Hayden communicated well with me throughout the whole purchase process, and always returned my calls in a timely fashion.
