We were really happy with choosing Hayden as our sales agent. How quickly he got back to us with a honest sales appraisal, to the listing campaign and continue feedback throughout the sale process. We are very happy with the outcome achieved in such a challenging market. Highly recommend Hayden. Always available for our phone calls and questions that we had. Thank you for all your efforts.
Hayden was very confident in selling our property and he delivered. He kept us informed every step of the way, was very easy to communicate with. We would recommend anyone thinking of selling to give Hayden and the Dwyer team a go
Hayden kept us updated with all the comments from people coming through the house, and update us on the housing market, He knew when to make changes to get the expected price.
Very good and regular communication. Gets back quickly. Easy to work with. Got the job done efficiently and effectively.

Hayden is a very good age and in my experience with good local knowledge and a good communicator. He was very fair in his negotiations with me.
During the stressful time of selling and with this tough economic period, Hayden was calm, thoughtful, insightful and honest. He worked hard and was always communicating with what was going on. Hayden is DEFINITELY the man to have when selling or buying property.
Hayden knew our circumstances and delivered just the right property to suit our families needs. We are thrilled with our new property and extremely pleased with all the service and competence Dwyer’s Real estate have shown us. Hayden was professional and was quick to follow up with any questions we had. Our experience was definitely a very positive one. We sold and bought with Hayden and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Once again we say thank you. 😃 Kim & Pete
With only being provided very short notice, we were delighted that Hayden Ferencz fitted us into his schedule in order to show us some properties on the Sapphire Coast (Merimbula). Hayden has been friendly and professional with all of his dealings with us, and with Hayden’s help, we are delighted to have secured a property in Merimbula. Furthermore, Hayden has continued to help and assist us in whatever way possible to assist us with our pending move to Merimbula, which we have very much appreciated. Thanks Hayden for all of your help throughout this period (including the Dwyer Properties Sapphire Coast team), and for making us feel welcome and already part of the Merimbula community.
It has been a pleasure working with Hayden in marketing our property. His friendly manner and efficient approach gave us confidence and piece of mind throughout the process. We were especially impressed by his attention to the little details and, where needed, going the extra distance to make the sale work for us.
Over the years I have bought and sold many properties and Hayden is among the best real estate agents I have dealt with. Over the 18 month period I have been searching for a new home, he consistently displayed all the qualities necessary for an excellent real estate, but most importantly he gained my trust.
We Found Hayden to be available at the end of the phone when we needed him. He brings a calm presence and made us feel comfortable at all times. Instilling confidence in us and in the process of selling. We are very grateful to Hayden and the whole Dwyer team. Pete & Kim OKeefe
