Always prepared to listen to the vendor and the buyer.
Hayden made the process so easy. It was the first time I’ve sold a house and he communicated everything so clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and what was required by me as the vendor. He was also great at keeping me informed. Would 100% recommend!
Really appreciated the communication and keeping us informed. Good to connect with a local who knows the local market. Valued the honesty and realism. Liked that they protected us from the buyers who were just trying to find problems with the property so they could bring down the price.
Hayden is very up to date with the latest real estate market sales and trends is very knowledgeable and great at communicating this with the clients and shows his enthusiasm in the sale of our properties.
I have no hesitation in recommending Hayden as an agent as he was instrumental in assisting me to purchase a property. He was polite, responsive, helpful, reliable and pro-active. Without him, I would be still combing through listings.
We had a great experience working with our real estate agent. They went above and beyond, especially when it came to organising and managing inspections, always keeping us informed along the way. Their communication was clear and consistent, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. We really appreciated their dedication and effort in getting our property sold.
Very satisfied with Hayden’s approach, client care and communication. Happy to recommend.
Hayden is a very good communicator, his quiet manner is respectful and reassuring. He listens and responds to queries quickly and keeps the seller in the loop at all times.
Hayden and his colleague Maddie were delightful to deal with. They were friendly and relaxed but with complete professionalism displayed at all times. There was no pressure at any stage but lots of knowledge and support to make the whole process smooth and hassle free. The advice and guidance they provided turned out to be very accurate and led to a very satisfying result.
Hayden contacted me re an off market property, one which aligned quite closely with the sort of property I had in mind. He had obviously kept a record of this in his data base, as it was quite some time since we had a discussion.
We recently sold our home through Dwyer Properties and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way and always felt confident in what was happening. They secured a quick sale for us, which exceeded our expectations, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. All staff were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Dwyer Properties to anyone looking to sell their home.
