So we did a fair bit of scouting around first, for an agent who would always follow up on any tiny bit of interest (he proved this while we were looking at properties) Many agents never called us back, made it a challenge to view a property or neglected to ever make an appointment to view a property. Even the words ‘cash buyer’ didn’t motivate them to assist us. We absolutely would never use any of these agents to sell our most valuable asset! Haden proved to be everything we wanted in an agent to both market our home and buy through. He worked around the clock for all parties and thankfully we were also able to buy through him after selling our property. No question was ever a problem and he answered EVERY call promptly.
