Hayden was amazing from the very beginning, right through to the end. His expertise and can do attitude were just what we needed to get our house sold. He did what he said he would and did it with a smile the whole time. He was fantastic and I can not recommend him enough. 20 out of 10!!!! Would use him again and again. Dealing with Hayden and the Dwyer team was great. They were very transparent with their dealing with us. They communicated and work around some less than ideal time frames
Working with Hayden at Dwyer’s realestate has been fantastic. Everything has been smooth sailing. Always contactable and available. Hayden and Dwyer’s are at the heart of Merimbula real estate.

Hayden was professional and friendly, made sure to keep the communications up to us through the entire process. Would recommend him again.
From the initial meeting to the end stages of the sale, we could not have been supported with more warmth and professionalism than how we were with Hayden! What strikes you immediately about Hayden is his relaxed nature, easy-going warmth mixed with his unparalleled knowledge of the local market and the industry. We sincerely appreciated his clarity and very regular, open communication throughout the process; no question from us was considered silly, and any request we had was seen to straight away by Hayden. We could not recommend him and the agency more strongly and thank him sincerely for the amazingly positive impact he has had on the process for us!
Hayden was very professional with us at all times and he made it very relaxing for us at a very stressful time
Hayden and Maddie were both excellent to work with as the agents to sell my property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process ensuring I was up to date with both verbal and documented reports of potential buyer interations and honest feedback of the position of the listing against other properties in the surrounding area. They were dedicated to achieving a result as demonstrated by their commitment to frequent open homes and working through fluctuations of the market. They maintain both a friendly and professional demeanor and provided guidance required to progress through the process smoothly.
Hayden sold the house much more quickly than expected and completely in line with the listed price. He is patient, helpful, communicative and focused on his clients' objectives.
As a buyer, my experience working with Hayden was positive and reassuring. Hayden has a friendly, supportive and professional manner as well as an excellent knowledge of the local market.
