Hayden and the entire Dwyer team showed outstanding commitment to the sale of our property on the highest level. Over all the years we have bought and sold properties, we have never seen the dedication and professionalism on a level that was put in action by Hayden and Team Dwyers. Hayden was considerate, open minded, enthusiastic, dedicated, honest and professional, his work ethic was second to none. 5 stars.
Hayden was easy to talk to , any questions we had were not a problem & if he didn't know the answer straight away he got back to us the next day after his research.
I really enjoyed working with Hayden. Straight shooter and honest. Thanks Hayden
Hayden I found to be very professional in is approach; he was able to take on board my requirements in looking for new property. I was able to secure a suitable property thru Hayden's knowledge & sound negotiation skills between vendor & purchaser.
Always approachable ,always helpful and informative in making decisions. I myself are a novice in Real Estate (like most) found Hayden made the whole exercise proceed smoothly from start to finish
Excellent in customer service Very friendly and tells you alot about the houses he is selling.
Hayden has displayed a high level of professionalism on all counts to assist me in purchasing the property that best suits my needs and I can’t thank him enough. Wholeheartedly,I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking the property for her/him. Bravo Hayden and many thanks for your patience, Bronwyn McElvenny 👍🏡🎶
Hayden successfully sold another property for us, achieving an above market result. Although the market has dropped back, through the efforts of Hayden and the team at Dwyer Property (shout out to Maddie) we sold this property on terms we were happy with. Should we want to sell (or buy) again, we'll certainly go back to Hayden.
Hayden made great efforts on our behalf with strong engagement with purchasers, and kept us fully informed throughout the process.
We could not be happier! SOLD in less than a month and still pinching ourselves. Hayden’s professionalism is second to none and his market knowledge is exceptional. From making the decision to sell, to exchanging contracts, Hayden guided us through the process and was with us every step of the way keeping us informed at every turn. I cannot praise and thank Hayden and the Dwyers team highly enough for the seamless and stress free experience.
Hayden was very patient considering the long time to sell my property too many people buying and pulling out. We just worked through what we had to end eventually got the sale. I would recommend Hayden to sell your property.
