Haydon was always polite, patient and helpful even when we (under enormous pressure) were bugging him with endless requests. It is rare to find a young person today (lol I sound like I'm really old) but seriously its rare to find someone young yet so mature these days that I was honestly impressed. The only reason I did not rate him high on negotiation was that we did not negotiate with him directly so I can't answer this accurately.
Haydon was the real estate agent for a property that we purchased. He was always punctual, polite, and tried to help out where he could. This included him facilitating some additional visits to the property once the deposit was taken and prior to settlement (with the permission of the owners at the time).
