Hayley was brilliant she had a good understanding of the area and she was very professional through the whole process. She advised me on how I should present my property and was very easy to deal with. My property sold on the first open which was extremely surprising, given Covid and what was happening. She helped me all the way and I can't thank her enough given the emotional state I was in at the time I sold my house. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

We approached this Agent as she had recently sold in our area. Shortly thereafter it became clear we had made a mistake. We felt pressured by the Agent to take a price which was well below our expectations (and clearly communicated to her throughout all of our interactions with her). She in fact had stated a price well above what we achieved in her initial interactions with us. When we did receive offers, we were provided with no time to consider these offers, and felt pressured to sign immediately. We felt that the Agent was working for the buyer and not the seller, and was in a hurry to dispose of our property and "close the deal" before Xmas. Do your research before engaging this Agent, and I would also recommend checking out the Real Estate Agent in more detail as well as they have been no help in trying to resolve the issues we had with this Agent.
