Hayley is exceptional. She gave me great advice on my property, no issue was too small, and she went out of her way to help both me and the buyer to have the best experience possible. On the day we listed the property she had five private inspections, and an offer was made that night. Prior to Hayley we had another real estate agent who had our property for 90 days. Multiple open homes and no genuine offers. The stress over that time was high. The difference between the two was vast - Hayley would arrive before inspections, grab the leaf blower, sweep the floor (if any leaves had settled), and smile. She communicated swiftly and clearly throughout the process and was honest, genuine, and motivated. There was minimal stress and when anything went wrong – she had a team of people to help. (Our drainage at the 11th hour needed fixing!). I am forever grateful for her help.
