On the day we listed the property she had five private inspections, and an offer was made that night. Prior to Hayley we had another real estate agent who had our property for 90 days. Multiple open homes and no genuine offers. The stress over that time was high. from the very beginning Hayley was honest and realistic with her advice on setting the sale price taking into consideration the current market, but of corse still would listen to my opinions. With that we found a common ground on everything and my house went under contract in 9 days. she continued to update me through everything and any spare second and answer any questions i had with professionalism and care.
