We could not be happier with Hayley's service and commitment to selling our property. Her communication was always amazing, keeping us informed after each open and also during the negotiations. The property was tenanted so there was quite a bit of juggling going on in the background trying to keep them happy whilst still getting prospective purchasers through. Hayley did all of this with a smile, often doing after hours to fit in with the tenant and the hours the purchasers could get there. She also knows the market and was spot on with our appraisal and managed to achieve $10K more than another property of the same type and size that had sold in the complex only weeks earlier.
