1, Highly appreciated in terms of communication with the buyer, compared to the other real estate agents in the Melbourne real estate market. 2, Respects the BUYER for giving an exceptional value for the seller as buyers in Melbourne give sellers extraordinary prices. (Which is always greater than the present market value) A small suggestion from Buyer perspective: Buyer should be given a copy of Contract of Sale where both Buyer and Seller has signed. Otherwise, an exceptional agent.

This is our second property we have sold through Hayley. When we decided to sell both our investment properties I chose Hayley as she had been property manager at one point and I was very happy with her then. As this property was in Richmond I wasn't sure if Hayley would sell that far out of her area. Thankfully she was very happy to sell it for us. The distance was not an issue at all for her. She held opens and met buyers there at any time that suited them and the tenants. Hayley is the friendliest agent I have met and nothing was too hard for her.
