Hazel was assigned to on sell an off-the-plan luxurious apartment at Lane Cove my son and I had purchased a few years earlier Complications arose when the vendor made it extremely difficult for us to on sell the apartment. Hazel was however resourceful and used her contacts to finally allow the vendor to initially permit inspection to the apartment and later to approve the sale More complications arose with the buyer this time whose lawyer was very fussy and overly cautious. Hazel was able to balance both the concerns of buyer and us to enable a contract to be finally signed after a few weeks of uncertainty All this time Hazel was contactable to answer all our queries day or night and even on weekends!!
