These constraints were not an issue for Hazel, she organized an off market viewing and had it sold within 3 hrs of the viewing. Hazel had impeccable preparation leading up to the open from organizing flyers, photos, calling clients might be looking, and working with the tenants for suitable timings, so inspection day was all about execution and delivering results (which she absolutely achieved). Hazel looked after the complete sales process - from providing tradespeople to look after minor repairs and touch-ups to window cleaners and stylists.
