Working with Luke made a daunting process feel easy and exciting! Luke took the time to understand our situation and ultimately got us an outstanding result. The ongoing communication and clarity throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated and we would recommend Luke to anyone selling their home!
Excellent knowledge of the market. Not only got a great price for our home but found us the new home exactly to our specifications!
Luke was the only choice for selling my Edgewater property with his suburb expertise, extensive buyer networks and professionalism. Luke’s advice resulted in a sales result which exceeded all of my expectations (and a suburb record for the property type)! I can’t thank Luke (plus the home open and office support from Connie and Laura) enough.
Luke really listens to you and is genuinely interested in understanding what you’re hoping to achieve. That’s not something that’s easy to find in an agent. The market is crazy at the moment and Luke was always calm, patient and willing to help as I went through the process of buying and selling. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Luke showed us through many homes on our journey to finding our own place, and he was by far the friendliest, most informative and most enthusiastic agent we met along the way. He always made time to answer our questions, and made an effort to get to know us and what we were looking for particularly. He then invited us to viewings that actually fit our requirements, and kept in contact regularly before we had even bought a house with him. After our offer was accepted, Luke stayed in close contact through every step, reaching out regularly through email or sms. He was always available, always incredibly helpful, and was even sweet enough to send us a message reminding us to take the bins out on our first week in the home! If we were to sell in the future, we would go to Luke first without a doubt. Very pleased to have been able to work with him, and couldn't recommend him more highly.
I would highly recommend Luke as an agent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made the experience as simple as possible and as stress free as possible.
Luke took the time to explain every detail about buying and selling simultaneously, turning an overwhelming process into a manageable and exciting adventure. From the beginning he was there every step of the way, with helpful advice and never leaving us out of the loop. From early morning to late at night Luke kept us informed so we could make the best decisions. Turning what could of been a stressful experience into an enjoyable and memorable one with him cheering us on and offering sage advice.
Thanks to Luke's hard work and expertise, my house sold quickly and at an amazing price. Throughout the selling process, Luke was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. He took the time to understand my needs and developed an effective marketing strategy that showcased my home in the best possible light, attracting numerous potential buyers. I am incredibly grateful for Luke's support and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our recent sale. When we started the process of selling we engaged with Luke Martin. We felt like Luke went above and beyond to get us a great outcome. His name stands out for a reason and we will never hesitate to refer family and friends to Luke.
