I chose Luke to sell my Edgewater home late last year. His valuation was on par with another independent assessment. However my property sold for even more. He provided great communication during the whole selling process and was always available to answer questions, reassure and mentor me through to settlement. I'm certainly happy to recommend Luke to anyone buying or selling in Edgewater.

Luke was fantastic to deal with. I really respected his work ethic and commitment to getting the job done. Highly recommend talking to Luke if you are thinking of selling.

Luke was incredibly lovely and honest, he keep in contact with me throughout the process of buying a home and made the whole experience so much easier! Absolutely wonderful man :)

We employed Luke due to a successful previous property sale. Luke advised us he did not know our area as well as others, but he was meticulous in his research. He presented us with a marketing, listing and viewing strategy that worked well for us and the end result was an offer over our expectations within 1.5 weeks from our first viewing.

Luke was able to provide us with current and accurate information relating to our sale. His advice was always delivered in a friendly manner, but importantly he listened to everything we had to say.

Luke is an exceptional agent. He listens and is respectful and provided great advice during the sale of our property. We never doubted that he was working hard to get a good outcome for us both financially and in the conditions of the sale. Selling a home is a stressful, emotional time and he made it remarkably smooth. Definitely someone to have in your corner.

Luke holds a very highly regarded name in Edgewater and I can see why. He is nothing but outstanding from the initial consultation through to the final stages of the sales process. Luke’s dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Luke demonstrated a genuine willingness to go above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of our sale was handled with care and precision. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with someone of Luke’s calibre.

We have sold many homes over the years, but our experience selling with Luke Martin is without a doubt the best we have had. Luke took the stress and frustration out of the process completely, and his management of our transaction was exemplary. Luke sold our home for more than we were expecting and we were so impressed with his selling strategy and the way he marketed our property, creating an emotional connection between the buyers and our home. Thank you Luke, it was great to work with you!

Luke made selling our investment house very easy… From the first day we had discussions about selling , to the settlement day we felt looked after. Luke’s professionalism, knowledge and personality were outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with Luke .

Being our first sale of a property, Luke's confident, knowledgeable, transparent and reassuring approach throughout made this a seamless experience. He was always approachable, available and made us feel prioritised. Most importantly, we felt guided and supported by Luke and in turn, the sale of our first home was not only a successful but an enjoyable process too.

Luke was easy to work with, he had a professional manner and went over and above our expectations.

Luke was amazing to work with selling our home. His genuine approach made the process an enjoyable one. Nothing was too much trouble and he always was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend Luke Martin to sell your home.
