I did what the all the selling houses tv show always said to do, always speak to a few agents before you commit to the one you want to use. In fact I spoken to 5 difference real estate company. From the first time when Heath walk in the door to have a look at the property. You know, you have chooses the right agent. He was really easy to talk to, I did not feel pressured to sign with him, we just casually walk through my house. While I show him aorund.
