I have a young baby and she understood the challenges that added to the buying process, and accommodated me by organising suitable times that worked for me and even delivered the keys to my property upon sale. Heather was very invested in making sure we had an opportunity to see the property in person and made great suggestions for the contract. We really appreciated all of this thoughtfulness. Heather was a great communicator and always let us know what was happening throughout the process, including when she was waiting on responses. This made us feel informed the entire time.
