Heather quickly arranged a home open when she received a lot of interest in our property the day after it was advertised. She negotiated between committed buyers and two days later we received an offer which exceeded our expectations. As we were going to be travelling during the lead up to and including the proposed settlement date she put us in contact with a settlement agent where we could complete the paperwork before we left.
