Heidi is so personable and also knowledgeable about local real estate trends, she suggested a reasonable asking price for our property and whilst we didn't quite reach that target we were given choice of 3 purchasers and went with a cash buyer as this was the most convenient for us. The staff at St Helens were extremely helpful especially Garry, my first contact. Also staff at Rosny office were excellent as the Contract was forwarded to that office and the signed and witnessed copy returned to St Helens. A problem free experience except for the self-sign aspect of the Contract of Offer as my solicitor could not access the document. However, the subsequent Word document was sucessfully accessed.
