The staff at St Helens were extremely helpful especially Garry, my first contact. Also staff at Rosny office were excellent as the Contract was forwarded to that office and the signed and witnessed copy returned to St Helens. A problem free experience except for the self-sign aspect of the Contract of Offer as my solicitor could not access the document. However, the subsequent Word document was sucessfully accessed.
