Heidi King was drawn to the Real Estate industry because she loves dealing with people.
“People are even more important than homes in Real Estate. Before people will entrust you with the marketing of their biggest asset you have to develop a relationship with them.”
Since joining LJ Hooker Castlecrag fifteen years ago, Heidi has built a formidable reputation in the peninsula waterfront areas of Castlecrag, Middle Cove, Castle Cove, Willoughby and Roseville. Her infectious enthusiasm has seen her rise to the top one per cent of salespersons in the entire network. She is, however the first to admit that overnight success is impossible to achieve in the established areas she works in.
“Each area is beautiful in its own right, but with its own personality. Without developing an understanding of the subtleties of the marketplace, I wouldn’t have been able to successfully sell over $160 million of property.”
Of course, most people are quick to ask how the market is performing each year. Heidi said “That from Castlecrag to Roseville, the market has settled slightly since 2003” She said “Every home we’ve brought to the market in the years since have sold around the original estimate. The signs are very positive as the market starts the correction process and starts recovering from the global fiscal elements. The steady pace of interest rates has kept the strength in the market throughout.
Heidi has a string of achievements including Life and Platinum Life Membership of Captains Club, Multi Million Dollar salespersons awards for the past Eleven years, awarded best Business Growth in the northern region of New South Wales for the LJ Hooker group and Silver Medal Champion Salesperson in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Most recently became an Admiral – The highest honour in the LJ Hooker Group.
